Yangzhou Global Gift Packaging is in the business of providing innovative packaging solutions to clients worldwide. Our wide selection includes polyester ribbons, nylon ribbons, sheer ribbons, metallic ribbons, plaid ribbons and gingham ribbons as well as ribbon bows, rosettes, braided elastics, metallic or matte elastics, twisted cords, elastic stretch loops and tassels.
Our other products include rayon raffia, paper raffia and paper twisted cords as well as polyester pull bows, curly bows, star bows and fancy gift bows along with barbed elastics or cord loops and barbed ribbon strips or loops along with organza bags, satin bags, velvet bags, shopping bags, metallic bags, mesh bags, cotton bags, Hessian bags and PVC bags.
We currently have two factories manned by 1,000 workers covering 60,000 square meters. Located in Shenzhen and Yangzhou, both our factories use advanced equipment for daily mass production such as 300 imported high-speed weaving looms, eight beaming machines, two ironing and finishing machines with eight high-temperature continuous dyeing machines and two multiple-use continuous dyeing machines that turn out more than 500,000 yards of nylon and polyester ribbons.
We also have 2,300 braiding machines and 25 high-speed braiding machines that can manufacture 300,000 yards of elastics plus 300 manual and automatic sewing machines that produce 100,000 gift pouches, 25 sets of cord-twisting machines and chainette machines that roll out 100,000 tassels, four high-frequency welding machines for PVC bags and finally, six die-cutting machines, one rotary-cutting machine, one ribbon-slitting machine and one ultra-sonic welding machine for pull bows and fancy gift bows.
